Відбулись установчі збори ОСББ

Сьогодні, 16 лютого 2020р. успішно відбулись установчі збори ОСББ.

Реєстрація на збори почалась об 11 годині. Під кінець реєстрації на зборах було 44 людини. Збори було відкрито об 11.30 і завершено о 12.30. До 13.00 ще приходили люди і голосували вже листами опитування для тих, хто не прийшов на збори. Всього на сьогодні проголосували приблизно 60 співвласників і маємо вже 24% ЗА по площі.

Всі присутні голосували “за” всі запропоновані рішення. Питання про ревізійну комісію було знято з голосування у зв’язку з браком кандидатур і необов’язковістю її обрання на етапі, коли ще немає рішення про перехід на обслуговуввання будинку об’єднанням.

Дуже дякую всім, хто прийшов на збори. Окремо дякую команді людей, завдяки якій ці збори відбулись і яка активно бере участь у створенні ОСББ. Це близько 20 людей. Маємо два тижні, щоб добрати до 50%. На кожному поверсі будуть працювати наші активісти.

Протокол установчих зборів буде підписано після письмового голосування (орієнтовно початок березня). Далі – реєстрація і підготовка до наступних етапів.
